RossGlenn Neighbours' Meeting

As a supplement to the other consultation meetings held, Les Carter facilitated an additional meeting with the RossGlenn neighbours where he led them through basically the same exercises we followed in the larger process.  The report of that meeting, which was then submitted to Council, is here.
